Dipen Patel is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the founder and principal owner of Arete Capital, where he oversees all aspects of due diligence, acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations, and asset management.
Mr. Patel also served as the owner and president of The Hotels USA Group from 2006 to 2022. During his tenure, he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, marketing, and management of all hotel operations.
In 2006, Mr. Patel expanded his portfolio to include commercial real estate with the acquisition of a retail shopping center in Clarksburg, Maryland. He has since invested in over 15 real estate and business syndications, with a total portfolio value in the millions.
Mr. Patel’s passion for real estate investing stems from his fascination with creating passive income streams to achieve financial independence, and he strives to help others do the same.
After selling his interest in The Hotels USA Group in 2022, Mr. Patel shifted his focus to commercial property management and active investing. He works closely with a team of investment experts who conduct thorough analyses of each property from a value-imprinted mentality to ensure clients receive the best investment advice.
